Responsibilities
- Enterprise Business Development:
- Identify, pursue and convert enterprise opportunities across the executive education ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of institutional & enterprise partnerships across North America.
- Shape partnership models and value propositions aligned with XED’s growth strategy.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise deal cycles from origination through closure & transition to delivery teams.
- Institutional & Stakeholder Partnerships:
- Build and manage relationships with universities, business schools and senior institutional leaders.
- Act as the primary enterprise interface between XED and partner institutions.
- Represent XED at industry forums, academic plaforms and partner engagements across the U.S.
- Strategy Enablement:
- Translate North America growth priorities into focused business development plans.
- Provide market intelligence on trends, white spaces and emerging opportunities.
- Support leadership with insights for expansion, portfolio development and partnership strategy.
- Program & Project Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives across programs, research, events and collaborations.
- Establish governance, milestones and delivery plans for enterprise projects.
- Ensure commercial alignment, quality and stakeholder alignment across workstreams.
- Operational Excellence:
- Build enterprise playbooks, processes and reporting frameworks.
- Track pipeline, partnerships and outcomes using structured dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement across enterprise business development operations.
- Ethics, Confidentiality & Compliance:
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, data integrity and professional ethics in all client and prospect interactions.
- Operate in full alignment with XED’s governance, reporting and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of enterprise experience in North America across strategy, partnerships, program management or business operations.
- Strong exposure to the executive education ecosystem.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and complex, multi-institutional initiatives.
- Experience working with business schools, universities or ecosystem-led environments is an advantage.
- Exposure to cross-institutional or consortium-style collaboration models is preferred.
- Experience operating in global or cross-cultural environments is an advantage.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
