Position Overview
As we scale our impact across the healthcare industry, we are excited to add an entrepreneurial Business Development Expert to help accelerate our expansion within hospitals and health systems across the U.S.
The Business Development role is key to delivering our innovative and impactful technology to patients, attaining ambitious sales goals, and capturing market share. This role will take ownership for developing B2B sales across the US with healthcare executives, providing a collaborative and proactive approach to cybersecurity so healthcare workers can focus on saving lives.
The ideal individual will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, and creating a strong pipeline for our sales organization.

This person will be able to blend product knowledge with the ability to cultivate deep customer relationships to grow sales in new accounts. You will be accountable for prospecting a territory, navigating complex enterprise sale cycles, and maintaining account relationships to establish a pipeline and achieve quarterly sales goals.
A successful candidate will treat their territory like their own business, have strong internal motivation, and take advantage of the resources we provide to maximize their revenue. We’re looking for a dynamic, polished communicator who can build credibility quickly with senior healthcare executives within a specialized, expanding niche.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities within hospitals and health systems across the United States
- Own all sales activity to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Research target accounts and understand organizational structures, cybersecurity initiatives, and business priorities
- Schedule and perform discovery meetings and product demonstrations to educate customers on the product portfolio
- Evaluate customers’ needs and requirements to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Pitch products to healthcare executives, CISOs, CIOs, clinical engineering, and IT security professionals to gain interest
- Navigate complex, multi-year enterprise sale cycles with multiple decision makers
- Document activity and track revenue in our CRM to optimize organization and efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Billing departments in product deployment and other key initiatives
Experience Needed for Success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated relevant enterprise and software sales experience within the healthcare and/or medical device space
- Experience selling cybersecurity, healthcare IT, software-as-a-medical device or software-as-a-service (preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience (preferred)
