- Technical Business Analyst with experience bridging business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and delivery teams.
- Experienced in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional and technical documentation, system integration, data analysis, and Agile delivery.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Conducted stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement walkthroughs to identify business needs and solution objectives.
- Translated business requirements into functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Created detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices (RTM).
- Worked closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure requirements were accurately understood and implemented.
- Analyzed existing business processes and identified opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
- Created As-Is and To-Be process flows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
