Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product demos, and assisting with product selection.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including balancing registers and maintaining accurate cash drawer records.
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure products are well-organized and accessible.
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is advantageous.
- Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments will help you excel in this role.
- Supervising experience is beneficial for those interested in growth opportunities within the team.

Hours would be Monday through Friday 3pm-11:30pm with an Occasional Saturday.
