Copeland’s Rural Supply is hiring a Sales Associate to support customers at the register, on the floor, and throughout the store.
What You’ll Do
- Run the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products
- Keep the checkout area and sales floor clean and organized
- Restock shelves and assist with displays
- Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable standing and lifting up to 30–40 lbs
- Basic computer skills (POS training provided)
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
