We are seeking an Administrative Receptionist to join our team. This position is available due to internal promotion, and we’re excited to welcome the next person who will help support our daily operations and company success. This role comes with an opportunity for advancement!
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Monitor company email and act as needed.
- Run Lead Status reports daily and ensure accuracy of information.
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Utilize DocuSign to send, sign and manage agreements.
- Process residential warranties.
- Maintain the office area and break room to represent our brand.
- Perform all other office tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Punctual and accurate
- Upbeat positive attitude, self-starter, outgoing personality
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to utilize office programs and equipment: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, HCP, copier, scanner, phones, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

This position is Monday through Friday 7:30 to 4:30.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
We are a full-service commercial and residential roofing and construction company. We are very aggressively leading the industry in best practices and educating the consumer. We spend a lot of time, money and effort in training to better serve our clients. We have a complete office staff, residential and commercial vendors, repair and service technicians, as well as subcontractors. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects. Our base is located in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse/offices located in North Little Rock.
