Position Overview:

Southeast Connections, LLC provides inclusive infrastructure solutions for the natural gas industry. Southeast Connections offers complete construction services that include pipeline construction, installation, maintenance, repairs, stations, facility modification, and new construction. The Administrator acts as a liaison between field operations and office personnel and is responsible for performing a variety of essential tasks to facilitate a well-organized office. Is proficient in all aspects of Office Suite, data entry, paperwork tracking and reporting.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and manage detailed spreadsheets

• Collaborate with Foreman/Supervisor/Superintendent to meet customers' needs

• Coordinate and oversee the new work and main tracker

• Verify and process documentation and permits for all work as required by customer

• Receive all work orders through customer portals or email

• Remote ticket entry - 811 One Call training and execution

• Assist Foreman with questions regarding ticket numbers, work orders, etc.

• Process daily completed projects for external and internal customer records

• Schedule sub-contractors based on dispatch

• Process invoices for subcontractors for passthrough billing

• Assist with projects and customer commitments

• Assisting with new hire candidate documentation

• Detailed and accurate production in a timely manner

• Other tasks as required by the local area field and customer

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma required; business degree or certificate with concentrations in business administration preferred

• Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry required. Possess strong written, oral, and communication skills; strong problem solver with a background in customer service. .

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
