ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Recent internal promotions have created space on our team — and we're ready to fill it with the right person. We're looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Service Technician who takes pride in protecting homeowners' most valuable asset. You'll be out in the field on shingle, tile, slate, & shake roof systems  — diagnosing leaks, repairing storm damage, and delivering quality work that stands the test of time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Inspect and repair all types of residential shingle roof systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve leaks and problem areas — finding the root cause, not just patching the surface

• Perform interior repairs and related work stemming from roofing deficiencies

• Execute routine preventive maintenance to help homeowners avoid costly future repairs

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures — every time, no shortcuts

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in residential roofing and construction — shingle repair and installation to include tile, slate, and shake roof systems. 

• Previous experience in residential roofing service work

• Strong mechanical aptitude and systematic troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment

• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job — including setting up and climbing ladders to access the roof

• Comfortable working at heights
