We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified Lead Installer for HVAC.. In addition to competitive hourly pay, we are offering an extra $1,500 per month for up to 12 months. This bonus will commence after 90 days of employment, provided you remain in good standing with the company. A company vehicle is provided.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Compensation: $80K-$150K/Year
