What You'll Do

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with service standards, venting codes, and work instructions.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to execute complex layouts and air balancing.
• Maintain high integrity with a constant desire to improve your craft every day.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: 2–3 years of residential or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with internal teams and homeowners.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license with an insurable record; ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  
  

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
