We are building an engineering AGI. We founded P-1 AI with the conviction that the greatest impact of artificial intelligence will be on the built world—helping mankind conquer nature and bend it to our will. Our first product is Archie, an AI engineer capable of quantitative and spatial reasoning over physical product domains that performs at the level of an entry-level design engineer. We aim to put an Archie on every engineering team at every industrial company on earth.

In Summary
This role is an incredible opportunity for a rockstar TPM. You’ll be a “founding program manager” and initially report directly to our CEO and work with people across core engineering, customer engineering, and AI teams to help maintain execution discipline in the face of technological uncertainty and a rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in shaping our engineering culture and customer success. This is an in-office role in our SF Bay Area office and requires US citizenship or permanent residency (green card).
Interview Process

- have managed complex projects (e.g., aerospace, large AI projects, etc.)
- live and breathe agile, continuous development, and AI-assisted development, but not beholden to any TPM dogma or tool
- impatient and OCD detail-oriented
- live in SF or mid-peninsula and like working in-office
