Ozark Psychotherapy Group is seeking a Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator to serve as the welcoming heartbeat of our outpatient therapy practice. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionate communication.
About Our Clinic
We are a growing outpatient therapy clinic providing evidence-based mental health care to adults, teens, couples, and families. Our work is trauma-informed, ethical, and grounded in respect—for our clients and for one another. The front desk is a critical part of the therapeutic experience, and we treat it as such.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly (in person, by phone, and electronically) and help them feel safe and supported from the moment they reach out
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with accuracy and discretion
- Handle phone calls, emails, and portal messages with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Collect copays, process payments, and assist with basic billing questions
- Support therapists and leadership with administrative tasks as needed
- Keep the front office running smoothly, calmly, and efficiently
- Assist with general tidiness of the clinic

- Organized and detail-oriented, even when juggling multiple tasks
- Comfortable interacting with people who may be anxious, distressed, or overwhelmed
- A clear communicator who uses professional language when speaking with clients and colleagues
- Respectful of confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous administrative or healthcare experience is preferred

Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Open to a modified schedule to accommodate childcare obligations for the right fit)
Compensation
- $20 per hour
