What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Ozark Management?
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and providing timely, professional and quality service to residents, while adhering to an approved budget. Must have strong time management skills, independent thinker, team player, strong resident follow-up skills, inventory management, preventative maintenance and safety skills. Successful Maintenance Technicians analyze data, plan and implement new methods of service and expense control, and measure performance in an effort to achieve or exceed financial performance of the community.
