About The Role:
OZ Trails Bike Park is bringing lift-served gravity riding to Northwest Arkansas. Located in Bella Vista, the park features purpose-built downhill trails, a high-speed lift, and riders traveling from across the country.
We're looking for full-time and part-time OZ Trails Bike Park Grounds Maintenance Staff! Grounds Maintenance Staff will support daily trail upkeep, grounds care, and facility exterior maintenance. This position works under the direction of the Grounds Lead to ensure all riding areas and park grounds are safe, clean, and maintained to high operational standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining high-quality recreational spaces.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position and will require weekday and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities
Trail & Feature Maintenance
- Assist with daily inspection of trails, jump lines, berms, and riding features
- Repair ruts, reshape lips and landings, and maintain smooth riding surfaces
- Remove debris, rocks, and hazards from trails
- Support drainage and erosion control efforts
- Assist with trail closures and hazard marking when needed
Groundskeeping
- Maintain landscaping and green spaces
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the park
- Clean and maintain parking areas, walkways, and entry points
- Maintain fencing, signage, and boundary markers
Facility Support
- Assist with minor exterior maintenance tasks
- Support event setup and teardown (barriers, signage, trash stations)
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor restrooms and high-traffic exterior areas
Safety & Equipment
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely
- Follow all maintenance and safety protocols
- Wear required PPE and maintain clean work practices
- Report hazards, damage, or repair needs to the Grounds Lead
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, construction, or outdoor
maintenance preferred - Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and operating tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Interest in cycling or trail building is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, reaching on varied terrain
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Outdoor, year-round in all weather conditions
- Weekends, holidays, and evenings required
- Exposure to dust, allergens, and wildlife
