We're a private club on Cape Cod seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help lead a busy, fast-paced kitchen focused on high-end seasonal cuisine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in service, values structure, and knows how to build a strong, motivated team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Executing and elevating a seasonal, scratch-driven menu
- Supporting the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Leading from the front on the line in a high-volume, professional environment
- Managing and mentoring a happy, hard-working, and successful kitchen team
- Training cooks while maintaining consistency, standards, and morale
- Keeping the kitchen organized, efficient, and service-ready at all times
- Continuing your own personal growth as a Chef and leader
Who You Are
- An experienced Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- A natural-born leader who communicates clearly and sets the tone
- Highly skilled across multiple cuisines and cooking techniques
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Creative, disciplined, and proud of clean execution
- Someone who understands that great food comes from a great team
