Responsibilities

As a Tax Senior, you’ll work closely with a team of tax specialists and consultants with deep technical and industry experience. You’ll help clients solve complex tax issues and make informed decisions.

• 📄 Prepare business tax returns and income tax provisions
• 🔍 Conduct tax planning and research
• 📢 Provide regular project updates to the Tax Manager
• 🤝 Collaborate positively within a team environment
• 📂 Proactively manage multiple clients and projects

Qualifications

• 🎓 Experience in public accounting; Big Four or mid‑tier experience is a plus but not required
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
• 🧾 CPA license or progress toward completion (within one year preferred)
• 🏢 Experience preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and S‑Corp returns; exposure to high‑net‑worth individuals
• 📘 Familiarity with ASC‑740 income tax provisions is a plus
• 💻 Proficiency with tax software such as CCH Axcess, Engagement, or similar platforms
