What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage UHNW individual and family office engagements, including multi‑entity structures and advanced tax strategies
- Mentor and develop a small, high‑performing team, elevating both technical and client‑service capabilities
- Partner directly with clients on tax planning, wealth strategies, and financial advisory opportunities beyond compliance
- Review and oversee sophisticated tax filings, delivering accuracy, insight, and proactive recommendations
- Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements, technology adoption, and strategic growth initiatives
- Engage in advisory work that spans tax, financial planning, and long‑term wealth strategy
