Role is remote, but must be able to travel to headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA 2 to 4 times a year.
Oxford Solutions is seeking a Media Buyer for a fully remote, direct hire role with a mission-driven marketing client (supporting military veterans and families). This position is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who excels in managing large, results-focused paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
In this role, you will plan, activate, and optimize full-funnel paid media strategies with a strong emphasis on lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI. You will collaborate closely with Creative, Acquisition, and Automation teams and use advanced analytics and AI-supported tools to fine-tune performance and scale campaigns that deliver predictable growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-funnel paid media campaigns across programmatic, native, display, search, and social channels
- Set up, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent
- Oversee pacing, delivery, and ROI performance for high-volume monthly media budgets
- Build and maintain rulesets, audience logic, targeting strategies, and tracking infrastructure
- Deploy programmatic campaigns and collaborate with third-party partners as needed
- Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events to ensure accurate analytics
- Monitor performance daily and identify opportunities to reduce CPL and improve efficiency
- Use GA4 and dashboarding tools to analyze trends and guide media decisions
- Work cross-functionally with creative, automation, and acquisition teams on B2B and B2C initiatives
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital media buying or multi-channel acquisition
- Proven background managing high-budget, performance-driven campaigns with strong ROI/CPL outcomes
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience deploying programmatic campaigns and working within native networks
- Ability to build rulesets, optimize audiences, and manage complex media structures
- Hands-on experience with GA4, tracking setups, attribution approaches, and conversion optimization
- Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into media improvements
- Experience with BI or dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong communicator who excels working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience supporting high-volume lead generation or membership-based brands (education, franchise, e-commerce, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to travel to office headquarters a few times per year
