Contract-to-Hire
This position will play a key role in ensuring invoicing accuracy, managing collections activities, supporting operational processes, and helping maintain organization across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely customer billing
- Oversee accounts receivable and collections activities
- Support accounts payable processing and vendor coordination
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Supervise and support one direct report responsible for administrative and accounting support functions
- Assist leadership with operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and reporting related to operational activities, including fleet tracking and related documentation
- Help improve internal workflows, organization, and process efficiency
- Ensure billing and operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, accounting operations, or administrative management
- At least 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online is required
- Proven experience managing invoicing and collections processes
- Previous experience supervising or leading at least one direct report
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
