Oxford Solutions is working with a transportation and logistics company in the Cheswick, PA area seeking a Customer Service Representative for a onsite, contract position. This role supports daily terminal operations by handling customer inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry related to freight activity.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Onsite in Cheswick, PA
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from internal and external customers regarding freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and proof of delivery (POD) requests
- Schedule appointments and coordinate shipment details
- Perform data entry including scanning freight bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage reporting, SDC processing, and payroll-related entries
- Process paperwork and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and handle accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, including checks and cash
- Assist with processing and tracking required hazmat documentation for inbound and outbound loads
- Maintain organized and accurate records to support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience required; transportation or logistics industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong typing and ten-key skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
