Oxford Consulting Services is currently interviewing for a California based Speech Language Pathologist assistant to provide K-12 school-based services. Providers will work one on one with students, as well as other staff members and disciplines to provide customized programs and intervention to meet each students communication goals and needs. Job Responsibilities:
- Work with K 12th grade school aged clients
- Assist and evaluate students in the areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language development
- Collaboration with classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement interventions
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
Requirements:
- CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy Assistant (SLPA) license
- 1 year of school-based SLPA or clinical SLPA experience; children ages 3-18
- Pediatric Experience
- Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Must reside in California
