Job Responsibilities:
- Work with K 12th grade school aged clients
- Assist and evaluate students in the areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language development
- Collaboration with classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement interventions
- Conducting assessments reporting on areas of strength and areas of improvements in regards to aspects voice, speech and fluency
- Develop unique treatment plans that are child and family first mentality
- Participate and/or conduct IEP meetings
- Flexible Scheduling
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
Requirements:
- CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license
- ASHA CCCs
- A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- 1 year of school-based or clinical experience; children ages 3-18
- Experience in IEP services and assessments preferred
- Pediatric Experience
- Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
