Job Description:
Oxford Consulting Services is currently hiring for part time Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide in home/ group home Occupational Therapy services for adults with Disabilities through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We currently have cases available throughout New Jersey!

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to individuals aged 21 and above in Group homes, Nursing homes, and Private residences
- Address clients progress and engagement in occupations that affect clients health, well-being and living quality
- Determine and implement the clients treatment methodology, as well as guidance in interventions
- Perform therapeutic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and sensory needs.
- Educate clients on better practices of approaching tasks and provide mentorship on how to work towards small goals.
- Provide proper care and instruction to family members and caregivers
- Oversight, data collection and correction on client progress towards long- and short-term treatment markers
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding clients and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
Requirements:
- Active Occupational Therapy License
- MS degree or greater in Occupational Therapy
- 2 years working experience as a Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with Adults and Geriatrics
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to details
- Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping clients achieve their true potential
- Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
