The Oxford Athletic Club invites you to join our skilled team of Massage Therapists, LMT, in delivering the highest quality massage & spa services in a safe and welcoming environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to provide exceptional service to our members and their guests!
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
Status: Part-time*, commissioned
*Eligible for full-time status after meeting a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Job Duties:
- Offers a range of massage therapy services to members such as Swedish, Sports Massage, Lymphatic, Pre- and Post-Natal.
- Has a well-rounded understanding of physiology by attending continuing education workshops and keeping all certification(s) and licensing current in massage therapy.
- Promotes the benefits of massage therapy to members.
- Responsible to build and maintain client base.
- Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate members for massage therapy appointments.
- Supports the management team, supervisors, and fellow staff in providing quality programs and services to our Members as well as incorporating an atmosphere where we are constantly striving to exceed one’s expectations.
Education & Training:
-Completion of at least 600 hours of Massage Therapy education.
-Maintains current Pennsylvania State licensing in Massage Therapy.
-Registered through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).
- CPR and AED certified
Work Experience:
- Minimum of one-year professional massage therapy training experience required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Punctual, organized, and creative.
- Excellent physical condition, possess a professional manner, and appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication and promotion skills are required.
- Accountable, self-motivated and possess the ability to motivate others.
- Knowledge in fitness screening, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Individual must always act with the utmost of professionalism around both fellow associates as well as members. Performance as a team player is necessary.

- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and pleasant. Must exhibit a professional manner, discretion, and professional appearance. Excellent verbal / written communication and promotional skills are necessary.
