Job Title: Pool Server

Job Summary: We are seeking Pool Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our members and their guests in the outdoor pool area. Oxford Athletic Club is the largest private health and fitness club in the Pittsburgh area and is nationally recognized by the Health & Fitness Association (HFA). This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality, enjoyable poolside experience for our members.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must get ramp certification prior to start date.

Job Relationships: Reports to: Café Manager

Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Essential Job Duties:

• Greet and serve members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Accurately take food and beverage orders
• Deliver orders promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all poolside areas
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of pool furniture and equipment
• Provide knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
• Ensure member satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns in a timely manner
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth poolside operations
• Assist in running food orders from the kitchen to members as needed
• Cross-train and support operations in the Market Café as a Cashier

Qualifications & Skills

· Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol

· Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

· Must be able to speak and understand English

· RAMP certification required prior to start date

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.

· Ability to lift and carry items up to {specific weight, e.g., 25 pounds}.

Salary Grade/Level: Part-time, $13.00-$15.00/hour.
