About Us: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enrollment Manager to join our team at one of our Centers in Powder Springs. This role is focused on leading our social media, marketing, and community outreach efforts to grow student enrollment, while also supporting daily operations to ensure families and staff receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Marketing (Primary): Lead all digital marketing and social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Create engaging multimedia content, manage campaigns, track analytics, and directly drive student enrollment through online presence.
- Student Enrollment: Develop and execute marketing strategies (online and local community) to increase enrollment. Conduct tours and provide prospective families with information about our program.
- CAPS (experience not needed): Manage and maintain all required documentation.
- Record-Keeping: Ensure all administrative and compliance records are accurately maintained.
- Staff Support: Assist staff with developmentally appropriate practices in Early Childhood Education.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Classroom Support: Act as a substitute in classrooms when needed (ages 0–12).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain a clear understanding of Bright from the Start childcare rules and regulations.
- Additional Support: Assist children who may need extra attention.
- Closing Duties: Close the Front Desk
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with staff and parents, and keep the Director informed of any issues regarding child care and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a childcare center is required.
- Social Media Skills (Required): Demonstrated experience running Facebook, Instagram, or other social media campaigns with the ability to create and manage engaging multimedia content.
- Office/Admin Experience: Some office or administrative experience is preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
- Health Physical: A recent health physical is required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude are essential. Must be comfortable working with all preschool age groups.
Position: Assistant Director
Location: Powder Springs, GA
Shift: Full-time (9am – 6pm) or Part time but must be available to close
Compensation: Up to $16 per hour, with 5 days of vacation and holiday pay
