What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Solutions Consultant position at Oxalis Solutions?
At Oxalis, we help highly regulated industries solve hard problems—with strategy, clarity, and heart. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll lead the charge in designing and delivering enterprise solutions that bring structure to complexity and momentum to mission-critical work.
You’ll work with customers to streamline operations, modernize systems, and architect solutions that support real-world outcomes across service management, agile delivery, and strategic portfolio planning. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process, technical systems, and human connection.
- Consult with customers on their operating models—whether service delivery, agile transformation, or portfolio management—to identify opportunities, shape future-state processes, and deliver tailored, actionable guidance.
- Lead discovery and analysis engagements to understand existing workflows, define success metrics, and translate business objectives into scalable, integrated solutions.
- Architect and configure enterprise SaaS environments (e.g., Atlassian Cloud, Work Management, Agile, ITSM) to align with customer needs, validate outcomes, and deliver measurable value.
- Own the full solution lifecycle, from initial scoping and design through implementation, go-live, and post-deployment support.
- Deliver polished, high-quality documentation and customer-facing materials that inspire confidence and clarity at every stage.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, lead training sessions, guide change management initiatives, and ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes.
- Collaborate with account leads to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and expand the value Oxalis brings to every customer engagement.
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing consulting, solution delivery, or enterprise systems roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to configure, implement, and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms for business users.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments and the confidence to manage competing priorities with grace and ownership.
- U.S. work authorization and the ability to work remotely, with occasional travel to customer or team sites.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM), and ideally an Atlassian Certified Professional credential.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, ITSM, and change enablement frameworks (certifications a plus).
- Project management experience or PMP certification.
- Experience working with low-code platforms, workflow automation, and data transformation tools.
- A collaborative mindset, customer-first orientation, and a desire to keep learning.
