Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Machine Operator

Location: Fargo, ND

Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift (5:30 am - 4:00 pm M-Th)

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00/HR

Department: Manufacturing / Production

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts. You’ll be responsible for machine setup, operation, and inspection of precision components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Load/unload parts and monitor machine operations
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and engineering specifications
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Record production data and follow quality control procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of CNC machining experience preferred, not required
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
