Job Title: Production Worker/Parts Picker

Location: NPS Metals- Fargo, ND

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm M-TH with OT on Fridays available

Pay Rate: $21 - $22/HR

What You'll Do:

• Pick and pack parts with precision and care to fulfill orders accurately
• Ensure inventory accuracy by organizing, counting, and labeling parts/orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with safety guidelines

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (preferred but not required)
