Responsibilities
- Candidate will ensure that all calls for service, repair and maintenance are handled in a timely fashion
- Candidate should possess good oral and written communication skills, both with coworkers and over the telephone with outside company associates
- Takes initiative, pursues opportunities, and is goal oriented
- Dispatch technician(s) for scheduled maintenances, emergency and routine service calls
- Dispatch technician(s) based on skill and location
- Serve as liaison between technician(s) and clients to determine course of action
