We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Carter Lake facility, just minutes from Omaha. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your skills directly keep our operation moving.

What You'll Work On

You'll be responsible for the preventive and predictive maintenance of a diverse equipment lineup, including:

• Laser cutting machines
• Press brakes
• Overhead cranes
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• PLC-controlled equipment
• Facility systems and infrastructure

Day to day, you'll execute PM schedules, diagnose and repair breakdowns quickly, collaborate with production management to minimize downtime, and contribute to capital improvement projects. You'll also support and train operators on safe equipment use. All work is performed in line with ISO standards.

You're Who We're Looking For If You...

• Have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance — multi-craft experience is a big plus
• Are comfortable working with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
• Can diagnose problems fast and make accurate repairs under pressure
• Communicate clearly and work well with production teams
• Take initiative — you see something that needs fixing, you handle it
• Bring a positive, team-first attitude to every shift

Experience with laser technology or overhead cranes is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker for the right candidate.
