INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

What You’ll Do

• Perform and track preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.

• Work closely with production management to schedule and coordinate repairs.

• Train and support operators on equipment use and safe practices.

• Assist with capital projects, new equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Suggest and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. Environment is not fully climate controlled.
