Are you ready to ignite your career with a hands-on, dynamic role? Omaha Steel is seeking skilled and dedicated Air Arc Operators to join our Cleaning Room team. If you're passionate about precision, quality, and have a knack for operating heavy machinery, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Use arc gauges to check and maintain proper casting profiles.
• Identify and remove excess metal on castings.
• Properly use and care for air arc equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in production and quality.
• Determine the appropriate size of carbon rods.

• Efficiently arc high alloy castings with exceptional production and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 100 lbs. (assistance available for lifting over 50 lbs.).
• Comfort working in or near extreme temperatures and dusty environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Reliable attendance, flexibility in working hours, and a collaborative spirit.
