Key Qualifications
- Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for assigned projects.
- Monitor and update project budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Maintain renewal schedules for contracts, subscriptions, and vendor services.
- Support project teams with documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies and questions.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial and operational tasks to support project delivery.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in finance, operations, or project coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; familiarity with ERP, financial, or project management systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project coordination, with the ability to manage multi-site operations, regional reporting workflows, and standardization initiatives.
