General Duties:
Documentation via electronic device throughout the shift
Inspections of Common Areas (Trash Enclosure, Vacancy Units, Roof Access)
Submit detailed reports with pictures
High Visibility
Customer Service
Respond to Calls for Service Work with Vendors /Tenants
Hourly Foot Patrol
Enforce Property Rules Trespassing Enforcement (High Activity)
Parking Enforcement (High Activity)
Hard Requirements:
- Local to the site.
- No issues with transportation or distance.
- Able to Walk and Stand
- Customer Service Experience
Experience Level Required: Some Experience
Pay Rate: 19.00
Unpaid meal breaks of 0.5 per shift Assignment
Schedule:
Monday- 7a-3:30p
Tuesday- 7a-3:30p
Wednesday- 7a-3:30p
Thursday- 12p-8:30p
Friday- OFF
Saturday- OFF
Sunday - OFF
Weekly Hours- 32.00
Type of Site: Parking Enforcement, Trespassing Enforcement, Foot Patrol Shopping Center
Foot & Mobile Patrol Account
(ALL candidate MUST meet the insurance requirements to qualify: Be at least 24 years of age, have a current/valid driver's license, clear driving record.)
Must have a clean driving record:
- Must provide a recent DMV printout and sign a motor vehicle record release
- For insurance purposes, all candidates must be at least 25 years of age.
- Mobile Patrol position. Must pass driver's background check.
- Valid DL required.
- A safe driving record is a condition for employment as a driver.
- The driver must have three or more current years of verifiable over-the-road experience and a valid US CDL
- Candidates cannot have more than 3 tickets or
- 2 Tickets and 1 accident
- No more than 1 accident
- No major traffic violations (i,e DUI, DWI, DWLS, FMFR)
