About the Role
The eCommerce Site Merchandising Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of product setup, catalog management, pricing, content updates, quality assurance, reporting, and operational activities across multiple brand websites. This role partners closely with Site Merchandisers, Buying, Planning, Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure products launch accurately, on time, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
How You'll Contribute
- Upload new products into Shopify (titles, descriptions, images, variants) following established style guides.
- Build product attribution including category, department, classification, variants, filters, and taxonomy.
- Populate product details including materials, fit, care instructions, and sizing information.
- Set up SMU and third-party vendor products across multiple brands and marketplaces.
- Support end-to-end product launch execution including imagery, copy, categorization, pricing, and go-live timing.
- Validate product data accuracy, pricing, imagery, attribution, and live status before and after launch.
- Perform pre- and post-launch QA across desktop and mobile while monitoring site issues using Noibu or similar tools.
- Maintain pricing, markdowns, promotional pricing, and clearance updates in Shopify.
- Assist with collections, landing pages, banners, site content, redirects, merchandising rules, and personalization tools such as Nosto.
- Pull and organize reporting from GA4, Data Studio, and other analytics platforms while supporting KPI tracking including Conversion Rate, AOV, and UPT.
- Coordinate with Buying, Planning, Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to support seasonal launches and in-season execution.
- Support workflow management, reporting, and additional projects as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, site merchandising, or product operations.
- Experience working with Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Data Studio/Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, and digital merchandising best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
