About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Content & Catalog Manager to create, optimize, and manage high-performing product listings across Amazon marketplaces. This role is responsible for developing best-in-class product detail pages that maximize visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. The ideal candidate combines strong copywriting skills, keyword research expertise, and Amazon marketplace knowledge to continuously improve listing quality and customer engagement.
How You’ll Contribute
Listing Creation & Optimization
- Create new Amazon product listings from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with Amazon's content guidelines and category requirements.
- Develop compelling product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, A Content, and backend search terms.
- Identify and implement high-value keywords through comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Determine key product differentiators, customer benefits, and conversion-driving call-outs to create best-in-class listings.
- Optimize product imagery recommendations, infographics, and content strategy to enhance product detail pages.
Copywriting & Content Development
- Write persuasive, customer-focused copy that effectively communicates product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing search visibility and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and creative teams to develop impactful listing content and messaging strategies.
- Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and optimized for both Amazon SEO and customer experience.
Listing Management & Maintenance
- Manage and maintain existing Amazon listings, ensuring accuracy across product information, content, and attributes.
- Monitor listing health, suppressions, and content compliance issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of product detail pages to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Update listings based on changing product features, customer feedback, market trends, and Amazon policy updates.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze listing performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and sales performance.
- Perform competitor and category analysis to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
- Test and refine listing elements to maximize performance and customer engagement.
What you Bring to the team
- 2 years of experience managing Amazon apparel listings, catalog content, or eCommerce product content.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimization.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management abilities.
