Floor Care Technician
Shift: PM
Location: Ovation Communities — Jewish Home & Care Center
Ovation Communities is seeking a Floor Care Technician to clean and maintain walking surfaces, including but not limited to carpets of all types, vinyl floors, ceramic and other type tiles and surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works alone or with other staff as needed
- Answers all radio calls promptly related to floor maintenance.
- Maintain and clean all floors as scheduled.
- Maintain all floor care equipment in as new condition.
- Learn and understand how equipment works.
- Learn and understand manufacturer recommendations for cleaning and maintaining floors.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience: Prior experience in commercial floor care is essential.
