RN Supervisor – $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

As an RN Supervisor, you’ll lead nursing staff, ensure top-quality care, and drive meaningful improvements for residents and families.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor nursing teams to deliver exceptional resident care

· Conduct unit rounds and review records to maintain compliance and quality

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning

· Manage staffing and support new quality improvement projects

Qualifications

· Licensed RN in Wisconsin

· Long-term care or leadership experience preferred

· Current CPR certification

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
