advanced diamond grinding and polishing systems
- Create

Advanced Coating Systems:

high-performance epoxy and resinous floor systems
- Apply
decorative flake and quartz broadcast systems
- Master
complex mixing ratios and application techniques
Surface Preparation Excellence:
- Perform
comprehensive concrete prep, grinding, and profiling
- Apply
penetrating sealers, topicals, and densifiers
- Conduct
moisture testing and substrate compatibility assessments
Position Details:
- Travel: Various job sites and some overnight travel (transportation support
available)
- Schedule: Full-time with overtime opportunities

Requirements
What You Bring:
Essential Experience:
- 1-2
years in concrete polishing and coating applications
- Hands-on
experience with diamond grinding equipment
- Knowledge

Technical Skills:
- Experience
with resinous/epoxy systems installation
- Understanding
of decorative concrete techniques
- Ability
to read architectural specifications
