Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled
QA Engineer
to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of
Terabit-scale networking and ISP platforms
. The role involves testing APIs, backend systems, monitoring tools, and high-throughput data services used in large-scale network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and API testing for Terabit networking platforms
- Validate high-throughput APIs, data pipelines, and backend services
- Test network-related workflows such as provisioning, billing, usage tracking, and monitoring
- Verify system performance, latency, and reliability under load
- Validate logs, metrics, and alerts using monitoring tools (Datadog / Grafana / ELK)
- Perform regression, integration, and smoke testing across releases
- Test deployments across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments
- Collaborate with Network, DevOps, and Backend teams to identify issues
- Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and defect reports
- Support UAT and post-production validation
Required Skills
- 6 years of experience in Manual & API Testing
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
- Experience testing high-volume / high-bandwidth systems
- Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, latency, bandwidth, throughput)
- Experience working with monitoring & observability tools
- Understanding of CI/CD and deployment flows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have
- Experience with ISP, Telecom, or Networking platforms
- Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, baseline testing via Postman/Newman)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Basic SQL and log analysis skills
- Experience working with DevOps / SRE teams
