Job Overview
As a Training Program Manager at a leading AI-powered data and marketing technology company, you will play a key role in enabling employees, partners, and customers through high-impact training initiatives. Your focus will be on developing and delivering engaging, technical, and business-user-focused training while also contributing to the creation of self-service learning materials. You’ll collaborate across teams to design content for diverse audiences and formats, assist with operational tasks, and propose ways to improve and scale training operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and maintain end-user product training for internal teams, partners, and customers through a blend of virtual sessions and on-demand content.
- Enable users to leverage data to drive measurable business value and product adoption through best practices and success-focused instruction.
- Partner with colleagues to build and maintain up-to-date learning assets.
- Contribute to curriculum design by developing exercises, labs, and assessments.
- Support the creation of Train-the-Trainer programs and comprehensive training kits.
- Enhance the scalability and effectiveness of training programs using an LMS and related tools.
- Collaborate with Product Management to share insights that inform product improvements.
- Engage with subject matter experts to deepen your technical expertise.
Must-have qualifications:
- Experience with data platforms or marketing technology platforms
- Basic understanding of Sequel, or willingness to take a Sequel crash course
- Hybrid role in NYC
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of databases, big data, cloud computing, AI, and large language models (LLMs), with proficiency in basic SQL.
- Familiarity with marketing technology and digital marketing strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related technologies, ideally within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for helping learners succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively teach and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in bridging data, technology, and business value.
- Deep interest in learning and sharing knowledge.
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and training best practices.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and teach them with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Results-driven, with an iterative approach to continuous improvement.
- Experience with APIs and video-based learning content is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
