They are currently valued at $2B , and their all-in-one toolkit helps entrepreneurs build, market, and sell courses, communities, and coaching without the use of third-party marketplaces.
About the Role
Their VP of Marketing is looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer to lead a small, fast-moving pod focused on rapid experimentation and measurable business impact. This is a hands-on builder role — not people management — with full ownership of strategy, execution, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a cross-functional growth pod to drive a key KPI (e.g., trial or acquisition growth).
- Design, launch, and measure rapid marketing experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Build full-funnel tests: ad creative, landing pages, copy, and lifecycle flows.
- Use data to form hypotheses, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
- Partner with design, product, and CX to create a seamless customer journey.
- Document and share learnings to accelerate team growth.
What You Bring
- 5 years in growth or performance marketing (SaaS or creator-focused experience a plus).
- Track record of running end-to-end campaigns with clear results.
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and funnel tools.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with CAC/LTV and funnel metrics.
- Portfolio demonstrating speed, creativity, and shipped experiments.
- High ownership, fast execution, and a builder mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $134,250–$179,000 bonus

This is an onsite role in Newport Beach, CA. A relocation package is available for this role.
