Outdoor Oasis is seeking to fill one full time spot for our location at the lake. We are a landscape and building materials dealer.
If you are current hardscapes installer or in the building industry this is a great way to put all your hard work to use and take. Willing train but have to have a great personality.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:
Hours are 7:30-4:30 M-F and every other Saterday 8-12.
·Able to operate heavy equipment such as – Bobcat, Telehander, Forklift – To load customers with pallets, rock or other materials.
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs.
- Keep yard free and clear of trash and debris.
- Maintain grass
- Maintain gravel areas
- Ensure product is stack in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Unload all incoming product from 18 wheelers
- Stage orders in hold area until ready for delivery
- Maintains an organized and logical yard operation
- Keeps warehouse space orderly.
-Cleans showroom, patio and all displays.
Develops relationships with current customers.
· Manages displays, samples.
· Maintains cleanliness and stock of showroom
· Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements:
· Ability to determine solutions for customers.
· Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
· Valid driver’s license
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
· Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
· Provide high level of customer service
· Good organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
