You’ll engage homeowners by representing Outback Deck at home shows, festivals, and community events learning how to confidently engage strangers, create interest, and generate qualified opportunities. You'll learn how to have real conversations with home owners, uncover their outdoor living goals, and schedule in-home consultations with our Project Managers. We promote from within. Responsibilities - As an Elite Marketer, you are the engine that drives opportunity
- Generate qualified consultation appointments through professional community events.
- Confidently and professionally engage homeowners in meaningful conversations.
- Represent Outback Deck with excellence and integrity.
- Collaborate with a high-energy, performance-driven team that celebrates wins together.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and local market awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering general questions and creating a positive first impression
Compensation - We believe performance should be rewarded
- $250 paid training – week one
- $15.00 hourly uncapped performance bonuses
- Average earning potential: approximately $2,800/month
- Clear pathway to promotion into a full-time Sales Solutions Specialist role with $100K annual earning potential
