Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to bring our designs to life throughout Northern Utah. This role is perfect for someone with a strong carpentry background, an eye for accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality work.

What You Will Do:

• Travel to job sites across Northern Utah to deliver and install custom cabinetry

• Prepare installation sites by taking accurate measurements and reviewing blueprints

• Remove existing cabinetry and ready spaces for new installations

• Operate power tools, hand tools, and woodworking equipment to complete installations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on-site and in the shop

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in cabinet installation or a related carpentry trade

• High school diploma or equivalent; woodworking training is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot installation challenges

• Skilled with power tools, measuring instruments, and woodworking machinery

• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and fit adjustments

• Strong communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a bonus

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Reliable, self-motivated, and well-organized

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

What You Will Experience:

• Hands-on installation work at client locations and in the workshop

• Frequent lifting, bending, crouching, and maneuvering of materials (up to 50 lbs or more)

• Regular use of tools and machinery in potentially dusty or noisy environments

• Extended periods of standing and physical movement

• Required use of PPE, including closed-toe shoes, eye protection, and hearing protection

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
