Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to bring our designs to life throughout Northern Utah. This role is perfect for someone with a strong carpentry background, an eye for accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality work.
What You Will Do:
- Travel to job sites across Northern Utah to deliver and install custom cabinetry
- Prepare installation sites by taking accurate measurements and reviewing blueprints
- Remove existing cabinetry and ready spaces for new installations
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and woodworking equipment to complete installations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on-site and in the shop
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in cabinet installation or a related carpentry trade
- High school diploma or equivalent; woodworking training is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot installation challenges
- Skilled with power tools, measuring instruments, and woodworking machinery
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and fit adjustments
- Strong communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a bonus
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Reliable, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
What You Will Experience:
- Hands-on installation work at client locations and in the workshop
- Frequent lifting, bending, crouching, and maneuvering of materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Regular use of tools and machinery in potentially dusty or noisy environments
- Extended periods of standing and physical movement
- Required use of PPE, including closed-toe shoes, eye protection, and hearing protection
