Responsibilities
- Track, investigate, and prepare responses to consumer complaints.
- Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes.
- Process administrative material and tasks.
- Identify and escalate issues that may be a risk to the company.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Financial Services related field, 2-5 years of experience in Complaints Resolutions.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- High level of attention to detail, with a proactive and can do approach to problem solving
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- College degree or equivalent years of experience
- Knowledge of Prepaid Card and Demand Deposit Account regulations or other regulatory training
- Experience handling complaints in a regulated environment
