What You'll Do
Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication reminders
Be a friendly, familiar face — offering companionship and emotional support
Help keep our community safe, clean, and welcoming
Work alongside a team that treats residents like family

CBRF certification is a plus, but not required

Life Enrichment Coordinator
**What You'll Do**
- Plan and lead engaging group and one-on-one activities for residents
- Organize special events and create monthly life enrichment calendars
- Develop personalized resident profiles based on interests, preferences, and passions
- Help create social media content that highlights our community
- Coordinate transportation for resident outings and events
**What We're Looking For**
- A creative, outgoing person with fresh ideas and a positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys crafts, music, community involvement, and creating meaningful experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills
- A compassionate team player with patience and energy
- Experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required
