Our House Senior Living is seeking an accomplished, mission-driven Executive Director to lead our memory care community in Wisconsin Dells. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned healthcare or senior living executive ready to own the full operational, clinical, and financial performance of a community — driving quality of care, regulatory excellence, team culture, and business results. Reporting directly to regional leadership, you will serve as the community's top decision-maker and public face.

What You'll Do
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance of the community
- Ensure full compliance with state Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations (including DHS 83) and champion resident-centered care standards
- Provide executive leadership of the community's management team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
- Oversee resident assessments and individualized service plans, ensuring the highest standard of person-centered memory care
- Build the community's reputation and growth by representing Our House Senior Living in local partnerships, referral relationships, and community engagement
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for resident and family concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required (health care administration, business, nursing, or related field preferred); a nursing home administrator's license or equivalent state-approved assisted living administrator credential is a strong plus
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care, including multi-department oversight
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams in a regulated healthcare environment
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, staffing models, and operational KPIs
- Deep knowledge of state and federal assisted living/memory care regulations
- Executive presence: polished communication, sound judgment, and the ability to represent the organization with residents, families, staff, and the community
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and senior living management systems
