Position OverviewThe Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment efficiently and professionally. This role requires technical expertise, self-motivation, and a customer-first attitude. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in the field and interacting directly with clients. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for customer equipmentAccurately document work performed and complete service reportsCommunicate service findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionallyMaintain tools, equipment, and company-provided vehicleEnsure compliance with all safety standards and company proceduresRepresent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred2 years of hands-on experience in mobile service, repair, or a similar field (automotive, HVAC, mechanical, or electrical)Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExcellent communication and time-management skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
