100% On-site Position
What You'll Do:
- Manage a small team of Service & Repair Coordinators on-site
- Lead Service & Repair quotes, updates, and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop
- Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry
- Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders
- Expedite purchase orders as / if necessary.
- Enter and maintain customer sales orders in distribution software system as necessary
- Maintain all paperwork from beginning to end of job process
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or University; or Associate's Degree with two (2) years related experience.
- 5 years of experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical or distribution.
- 5 years of experience with pumps, motors, or similar rotating equipment.
- Advanced computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
